The theme they selected is Fleximag from Mojo Themes and this has worked out well for them. Choosing a pre-made theme can save you money on the initial design phase of your web site. Pre-made themes are customizable in that we can change colors, text images, etc.  The compromise is that your site design may not be entirely unique.
